The Council's Permanent Representatives Committee today approved the compromise reached between the Council and the European Parliament concerning a regulation amending Regulation No 525/2013 as regards the technical implementation of the Kyoto Protocol to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. It thereby endorsed the agreement reached on 17 March between the Greek Presidency of the Council and representatives of the European Parliament.
The Permanent Representatives Committee of the Council today (19.3.2014) approved a compromise text provisionally agreed between the Greek Presidency of the Council and the European Parliament on a draft regulation on the prevention and management of the introduction and spread of invasive alien species.
